Pastor Anthony Williams

Reverend Anthony D. Williams lives in Easley, SC. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Starline Langston of Easley, SC. He is married to Reverend Angel Williams. Together they have five children in this blended family. God spoke to Anthony at an early age, and he later accepted the call to preach in 2011 under the leadership of Pastor Alphonso Houston of New Foundation Missionary Baptist Church in Easley, SC. He later received his license and ordination by the Oolenoy River E & M Baptist Association.

Rev Williams was elected as Senior Pastor to the New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church in Williamston, South Carolina on July 28, 2024.

He previously served as Founder and Senior Pastor of King of Glory World Outreach Ministries of Easley, SC.

Rev Williams loves community work and serving God's people. He founded a program called "free food and Prayer" for the community of Easley. This program would go on to feed many people, but also focuses on prayer, and the power of prayer in the community. This would go on to become a yearly event, that would be a blessing to many people.

Pastor Williams is continuing his education at Newburn Theological Seminary seeking a degree in Pastoral Leadership. Pastor Williams has also studied business management at Southern Wesleyan University.

Pastor Williams is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Serving his country as an emergency medical technician.

Pastor Williams is excited about the future for New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church. He loves to preach and teach and share the love of God with his church family.

One of his favorite books of the bible is the book of Psalms.

Psalms 24:9
"Lift up your head, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the king of glory shall come in."
